Remix of the static piece I created in 2019. This was created from microscopic images of cancer cells under the microscope. I love that I can take an image that has inherent beauty, and the information behind the image can be something that is seen as invasive- inflammatory at the least. I like the idea that something externally can be so horrible and ugly, yet at a cellular level, is breathtaking. To me there's something sacred in that.. on a cellular level, there is infinite beauty and oneness.
This work is rooted in sacred geometry and cellular themes. I used images of cells stained and viewed under the microscope AT 100x magnification. I am fascinated by the brilliant hues of colors and shapes that form. I've always been interested in metaphysics and geometric shapes. These were created in March 2019.
