As a collector of Rare Pepes, I had to pay tribute to the NFT project that in my opinion is still the most historically interesting and also the one that best expresses the central theme of my artistic life: creating and sharing is the ultimate goal of existence as a human.

The thing that separates Rare Pepe from Bored Apes is that the Rare Pepe community was born from people creating and sharing their meme art, while the Bored Ape community was born from people buying pre-made art. There is a massive difference here.

The Rare Pepe community contains a massive amount of historical, cultural and crypto significance, as it holds the consciousness of hundreds of individual minds during several years before NFTs exploded into the mainstream.

Fun fact: I created my own Rare Pepe back in 2017 but I felt too shy to upload it to http://rarepepedirectory.com/ Mine was a baby Lorax and mom painted on Sri Lankan money.

Rare Pepe Sperm explores my lifelong neurosis of fearing pregnancy. I was unable to use oral contraceptives, so it was pure hell being a sexual person and also avoiding pregnancy. I also developed very strange ideas about pregnancy as a child because I had superficial sex very early (age 8) from a dare. It was voluntary though, with a boy my same age. At that time, I thought I would become pregnant later on, when I developed sexually. This didn’t happen of course, but the neurosis was already in motion….
