In that story, upon hearing negative comments of the passersby, the father and son took turns in riding the donkey, they even went as far as to carry the donkey on their backs until they were exhausted. At the end of the story, the father told his son about a wisdom written in a religious book. Digil then asked Doegoel's opinion about what the father was trying to say.
