This exhibition could not be opened to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The IMAGERY project, by the artistic group CEGZ.project, proposes a pantone of contemporary art. The project is composed of modules, each consisting of two framed invitation cards, two painted canvases and two sound recordings.
Each card is associated with a monochrome painted on canvas whose color, calculated digitally, corresponds to the colorimetric average of the image of the invitation card. A voice reads the back of the card.
The modules can be combined by thematic proximity, form , geography etc. These combinations form numbered series. The modules remain always recombinable (more : http://cegz.net/imagerie/).
Imagery_extended is a collection of NFT items composed of the digital files used to create the monochrome paintings of the project IMAGERY. Each item corresponds to the colorimetric average of an invitation card of a contemporary art exhibition.
