The tables are turned and now the shark is the one who has to be afraid of a “Shark Attack’ for fear of loosing its fins for soup, and meat for human consumption diluting some sharks to extinction. In most cases the sharks that are captured for Fin soup are only good for their fins and the rest is discarded.
