In Blue Duration, time elapsed between keypresses modulates the brightness of the colour. The artist aims to fill the canvas with consistent colour, but small variations between keypresses become visible as the scale of production increases. The images were generated daily, pixel canvas size doubling each day until one image could not be completed in one day.
