Prior to bidding, you can optionally sign a 'Side Agreement' to ensure that should ARKHAUS not materialize (per the terms of the Side Agreement), your NFT proceeds (less minting, marketing, and transaction fees) are refundable.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Refer to: arkhaus.miami or http://arkhaus.miami/memberships/ While you may trade this NFT whenever you please, the associated Forever Membership can only be transferred once per year. This is to prevent repetitive transactions to provide access to multiple people. Should the NFT be sold in less than 1 year from the prior sale, the membership will transfer exactly on the 1 year anniversary of the prior transfer, to the new user.

CLUB ACCESS
All Forever Memberships will receive immediate access to the club on Opening Day. Annual Members will received access at different times based on 1) their membership number and 2) the arrival of the vessels.

MEMBER APPLICATION
While annual membership requires an application (with no guarantees of acceptance), Forever Memberships do not require an application and are guaranteed acceptance.

BACKGROUND CHECK
While annual memberships require a background check to ensure the highest quality membership, Forever Memberships do not require a background check.
