Moneta Divina: Intervention by Lucho Poletti

Intervention: "The act of interfering with the outcome or course especially of a condition or process (as to prevent harm or improve functioning.”

The first piece in the Moneta Divina series, Intervention focuses on our current situation with fiat currency inflation; portraying the creation and development of bitcoin as an interventional act to bring the world a better money system and replace the destructive fictional reserve with a free and open monetary network. “Fix the Money, Fix the World"

The animation begins focusing on the source of inflation - the “fictional reserve” central banking system - portraying the negative impact it’s has on the dollar-denominated world - the destruction of value & savings, funneling the freely-printed and cheap-to-borrow money to bankers while we are left to watch the dollar's value burn down in front of our very eyes.

In an interventional act, a larger-than-life Femme Satoshi goddess is erected to transform the monetary system and save the burning, dollar denominated planet before it all goes up in flames.

As an ode to the Novus Moneta Seclorum series and Sound Money Stronghold, which serves as the foundational work for Moneta Divina, Intervention ends in a celebration reminiscent of Citadel Paradiso with fireworks, an electro-swing soundtrack, and the first successful launch of Dr. Satoshi’s monetary medicine shuttle.
