“Mamba” is a tribute to Kobe Bryant from the 100 Legends Series of works.

The holder of this edition shares ownership of the underlying 1996 Topps Chrome Refractor Kobe Bryant Rookie Card in PSA 10 condition known as “The 8.”

Upon sale of The 8, each Amethyst Edition holder will receive 2% of the sales proceeds, net of fees and gas.

The Limited-Edition artwork lives on forever as an NFT to signify the historical importance of this moment and as a forever tribute to the underlying asset and the legend himself, Kobe Bryant.

Remember, the underlying Kobe Bryant rookie card is the first major Kobe Bryant physical collectible to be vaulted and have its ownership tokenized as an NFT on the blockchain. The card is now truly 1 of a kind.

“The 8” Sale Terms:

Purchasing the ownership rights to The 8 requires one of the following conditions to be met:

Option A: The payment of 400 ETH

Option B: The payment of $1,400,000 in USDC (or another widely accepted and liquid US dollar stable coin)

Option C: If neither option A or B happen prior, The 8 will sell via a 30-day smart contract auction (or then current technological equivalent) beginning on September 15, 2031 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE NOTICE:

Future underlying asset value is not dependent on actions of the project, the asset custodian or any other third parties beyond asset care and custodianship.

The terms of any future sale of the underlying asset are set and known to all parties at the time of sale and can’t be amended. Collision NFT owners do not vote and even a future majority owner cannot change the asset sale terms. Collision.art underlying assets are community shared collectibles with pre-set exit terms, not investments.

The custodian of the Collision.art smart contract and underlying assets is Blokpax, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company. Blokpax will insure the assets for current fair market value as updated annually and maintain asset safe keeping. All assets held in custodianship are subject to an annual audit.

Within 30 days of an underlying asset sale, the custodian will provide a mechanism for disbursement of the net proceeds (pro-rata to the crypto wallets holding the applicable art edition NFTs) and changing meta-data to reflect the underlying asset has been sold.
