Only 150 of this "BAMBINO" Gold edition will ever exist.

“BAMBINO” is a tribute to Babe Ruth from the 100 Legends Series of works.

Each holder of this limited-edition shares ownership of the underlying Babe Ruth Autographed Baseball known as “BAMBINO.”

If the ball sells for the posted trigger price, the owner of each Gold edition will receive a direct payment net fees and gas.

If the trigger price period expires, the card will be auctioned on chain and the Gold edition holders will receive .20% of the net proceeds.

The Limited-Edition artwork lives on forever as an NFT to signify the historical importance of this moment and as a forever tribute to the underlying asset.

The ball is held in a bonded conservatorship in the Blokpax vault. Blokpax as a project is the first of its kind to offer NFT tokenized ownership of physical collectibles. Blokpax is USA based and all vaulted assets are fully insured.

Asset Sale Terms: Purchasing the ownership rights to the “BAMBINO” Babe Ruth Autographed Baseball requires one of the following conditions to be met:

Option A: The payment (using ETH) of $250,000 US$ equivalent.  The ETH to US$ posted price will be adjusted at least 2x per year.

Or

Option B: If unsold by Option A prior, via a 90-day smart contract declining bid auction beginning on February 6, 2032 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE NOTICE:Future underlying asset value is not dependent on actions of the project, the asset custodian or any other third parties beyond asset care and custodianship. The terms of any future sale of the underlying asset are set and known to all parties at the time of sale and can’t be amended. Collision NFT owners do not vote and even a future majority owner cannot change the asset sale terms. Collision.art underlying assets are community shared collectibles with pre-set exit terms, not investments. The custodian of the Collision.art smart contract and underlying assets is Blokpax, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company. Blokpax will insure the assets for current fair market value as updated annually and maintain asset safe keeping. All assets held in custodianship are subject to an annual audit. Within 30 days of an underlying asset sale, the custodian will provide a mechanism for disbursement of the net proceeds (pro-rata to the crypto wallets holding the applicable art edition NFTs) and changing meta-data to reflect the underlying asset has been sold.
