Most of 0xG's creations are free to mint but free doesn't make headlines.

“Fearless” is a provocation: a free NFT that virtually costs 300 ETH.

The collector who wants to acquire it must have a balance of at least 300 ETH in order to be able to mint the NFT for free.

This is a twist on the creator's original idea to actually charge 300 ETH and have the smart contract refund them back automatically within the same transaction, thereby allowing the collector to acquire the NFT for free.

However, since even this kind of art performance can be seen as a price manipulation move, the original mechanism sadly had to be abandoned.
