In the NFT series ‘Russian Loans’, I will publish all the contracts on the first Russian credit loan signed in 2013 between Russia and Serbia. These documents have not been made available to the citizens of Serbia until now.

Besides total reliance on Russian gas, Serbia is also financially dependent on Russia through credit loans, for which the contracts are not public, and which were signed to modernize the railway.

Since the beginning of the Russian aggression on Ukraine on February 24th, 2022, all European countries have introduced sanctions on Russia besides Belarus and Serbia.

This NFT series represents a small revolt aimed at raising transparency in relations between Russia and Serbia. “A few months back, a journalist from Novi Sad sent a request, which is when we acquired approval from RŽD International. We delivered all the copies of the contract”, said Jevtić.
