Their purpose is to to promote an internet environment that is worthy of institutional trust. Each Anonymous regulator 201 is equipped with special camera that feeds and trains a large scale deep state BigGAN. This is a game changing collector's token, because everyone is invited to feed the deep state BigGAN, simply by printing, cutting and constructing this very piece into a miniature anonymous regulator, but only twelve persons can really own it.
