Allison Harvard is an Artist who first became known as ‘Creepy Chan’, for her gothic photographic self portraits, which made her an internet viral sensation She parlayed this into fame on long-running reality show ‘America’s Top Model’ after being scouted by producers. She participated in both the Cycle 12 series and the Cycle 17 series (All Stars). She was runner up on both seasons; the belief commonly held by fans is she should have won at least one of these. Following her celebrity as a television personality she modeled, worked in TV and as a talent scout for a period. In 2021 she entered the Crypto Art space returning to her creative roots and finding immediate success with impressive sales; her first 2 NFT pieces sold for a combined 75 ETH. This piece is mainly inspired by seeing the Victoria & Albert Museum’s Mary Quant exhibition, and also by Harvard’s work with Harper's Bazaar and photographer Franz Szony. It also recalls the great fashion magazine covers of the pre-WWII period such as Vogue at the time they were heavily inspired by influential creators of the Surrealism movement.
