With the battle of the Mesantic raging, Admiral Wharn ordered a shipment of new swords to be supplied to the fleet within 2 months.

It was a challenging request for the Coppertun forge lords, due to their stance of putting quality before quantity.

They worked the forges hard and managed to make the swords within the 4 week deadline they'd been given.

Loaded with the new swords, the 2 ships delivering them were attacked on route with one ship being sunk immediately.

On the other ship the crew used the precious new swords to repel an attempted boarding.
