Schlomo’s Official NFT Milk Caps

If you are a child of the ’90s, then you will remember the game of Milk Caps that took the U.S. by storm throughout the decade. There were many different names for the game, but most Americans remember it under the trademarked name: Pogs.

Milk caps are circular pieces of cardboard with an illustration or design on one side and a blank underside. There are also heavier pieces, usually made of metal, called slammers.

The game is simple. Players stack the milk caps face-down, each contributing an equal number to the stack. The first player throws a slammer onto the top of the stack, causing the milk caps to scatter. Any milk caps that land face-up go to the player. Then the remaining caps are restacked and the next player takes a turn. In this way, the milk caps are snatched up in turns until none are left. The player with the most caps in the end wins the game. But the real winner is the player who walks away with the most valuable and/or rarest milk caps.

Similar versions of the game are played all over the world, with some variants dating back to the seventeenth century.

Now Milk Caps are back in NFT form. Collect individual pieces—including slammers—and trade them for better pieces. In Schlomo’s official NFT game of Milk Cards, each card has a unique type, rarity, strength, issue number, and overall value.
