Just like her peer over in Gotham City, Bruce Wayne, Black Velvet is one of the most well known yet unknown figures of the underground. Social, charismatic and well spoken, yet nothing is known of her private life. Depending on your allegiance, you have either a worst enemy or your best friend this Fluf. To put it simply, she knows. With eyes that can penetrate your thoughts for a non verbal confession, or a gaze capable of making one temporarily insane, you will never know if she has been inside your mind until it is too late. Black Velvet works as an invisible force to be reckoned with. She saved unknown numbers of FLUF during The Wreck and has since been a long time friend of Scrooge McFluf. Operating above the law, she has been entrusted to keep Fluf world safe. Whether that be by securing digital currency, mas saging politics, disrupting daily life, her main code is to ensure the spreading of good vibes only. Although you may not see her, you will know if she is in your vicinity as you will be literally shaking without knowing why. Maybe she is reading your thoughts already.
