Somewhere deep within the Crystal Caverns in the depths of The Warren on Cotton Tail Island, YOGI was born during the The Great Solar Eclipse. Born to overbearing parents, YOGI was forced to stay inside his burrow for nineteen full lunar cycles before emerging to The Surface. To pass the time, he began to regularly practice deep transcendental meditation (which he learned from his guru, Aang). For reasons we still do not understand, during one of his moments of peak enlightenment, he began to literally shake and YOGIs fur transformed into a holographic, luminescent coat that radiates light on demand, which is useful for guiding others through the dark depths of The Warren.

He was fortunate that his parents knew SCARLETT, the chief scientist of E.A.R.S., who recognized during his adolescence that YOGI must wear a medical mask and sun visor to protect his lungs and sensitive eyes which are optimized for life in The Underground. With the proper gear in place, he frequently visits The Surface where he leverages his deep connection to the solar system to provide shamanic services (both premonitory and medicinal) to any FLUF or FLUFLET with good vibes, or anyone who can pay the price (in carrots or mycelium, of course). It is said that during one of YOGIs meditations, he had a vision predicting a new species might visit Cotton Tail island soon, but whether they are land mammals, beasts of the ice, creatures of the sea, or scrambled beings from an entirely different Universe still remains to be seen.
