Rules:

1. You buy the lot, you pay for construction. Buying the lot is just that, an empty lot. You own limited rights to construction upon it. Tattoos (building) costs money. You can pay in DAI, USDT, sUSD, or USDc. ALL Tattoos will be performed at Blu Gorilla Tattoo in Charleston, SC or Goose Creek, SC. Tattoos must be paid for in advance (No, I don't trust you.)

2. I have a job. It allows tattoos, but it must be workplace appropriate material. If in doubt, contact me on twitter before buying with your design idea. I may accept cruder ideas for non-visible locations. I reserve the right to deny any building permit for any reason, but mostly it will be due to explicit or crude imagery. I reserve this right because I know some of you will think of things that I can't. I can tell you though, the bar is low :)

3. Multiple lots can be purchased for larger tattoos.

4. If the lot has an existing tattoo, it can be removed, at your expense (this takes a very long time... about a year) or you can design a cover up for it. If the tattoo was put there by an NFT purchaser, it will not be removed or covered. These are one-time use.

5. These can be resold on the open NFT market. However, a 10% royalty per sale must be paid to me before any building permit will be issued, if the sale originated outside of Rarible.

6. If you leave empty space on your lot after the tattoo. I reserve the right to fill it with abstract to give the tattoos continuity.

7. My death obviously nulls the contract. No, existing tattoos will not be preserved posthumously. That's just morbid.

8. Dimensions are rough, but close. The tattoo will be sized and placed for optimal aesthetic.
