TOTER TIME #1

I was born Trash, I am Trash and relate and align with the Trashart movement.

I’ve trashed a can and many other other things but never a toter, the symbol of Trashart originally immortalised by ROBNESS on SuperRare which led to his de-platforming - so it’s time to rectify that with a series of Toters.

This was inspired by a Trashart collaboration being put together by ROBNESS following Trash Talk part of Cryptoartweek.

What is Trashart? A recent discussion after this question was asked by @WOCA. Trashart can have different meanings to each of us. Here are some of the responses:

@Bitjamin #Trashart is a movement, of artists encouraging and supporting the creativity of others. It’s more than just going against the grain, and trash cans. It’s about curation, and creative freedom. It’s about everyone that’s ever created, and the people who discourage creation. https://twitter.com/Bitjamin/status/1324567561342693378

@secondrealm "trash art" was an insult used to denigrate artists on@SuperRare_co. it was quickly adopted by the artists themselves. @robnessofficial's 64-gallon toter became a symbol. the #trashart movement developed around it. the artistic style is loose, spontaneous, glitchy, and moshed. https://twitter.com/secondrealm/status/1324524088551944192
