Spirituality is a self reflection which can be portray through prayers and devotion.I have portrayed it ith devotion toward my painting and the style of painting. Spiritual practice not necessarily is a posture or an asana. For me my paintings are the form of my spiritual practice. It represents different thoughts in mind which we refer to chaos and the suttle flows represent the calmness. Few years back , i was regularly practicing meditation.I have experienced the way we change our habits of dealing with our mental chaos and practice to make ourselves calm. Making paintings has always been my practice to make myself calm.The process has been transferred into an end product.Art is a soul’s search for peace, passion.This flame of making art is awaken to make my life peaceful and adventurous.
