I had a stroke in 1989. I became an artist in 1989.

The neurological effects of my stroke created a condition called "sudden artistic output." My wildly prolific artistic output was created by a condition called "sudden stroke."

My injury and resulting condition is extremely rare and wholly unique, so I have become something of a fascination to medical experts around the world. My distinctive artwork, which draws influence from pop culture, literature, and music, has garnered the attention of art experts and non-experts around the world.
