This artwork was the image of the Metropolitan Orchestra of Lisbon for it's 2014-2015 season and it was presented at the Belém Cultural Center in Lisbon during the inaugural concert. It was also one of the signature prints of the first collection of my eponymous brand - Ana Romero Collection - launched in NY in 2012. The artwork was produced by digitally manipulating images of scratches from a broken camera. I used them as textural elements, colored and overlaid them multiple times to form this composition. The work looks quite simple but it is quite complex in detail. Texture and color mix and blend in an abstract way, creating a sense of movement and infinity. Only 1 of 1.
