#5 • Plead the Fifth Token (Press Pass S1)

Trading for this token secures the collector international distribution rights for Press Pass: Season 1.

Let Me Out Productions mints one hundred (100) distribution tokens. A maximum of sixteen (16) will be released to the market. The other eighty-four (84) will be held by the studio and never released unless one of the available tokens is permanently removed from circulation.

The holder of this token is required to broadcast or stream the content (Press Pass: Season 1) represented by this token while holding this token. Stories need an audience.

16 of 100 total are on the market. This number will never change. In the event a token is burned, a 16th will be made available. Part of the agreement - don't burn the token.

We offer Hybrid Distribution Rights, codified through our Distribution Rights Tokens (DRTs).

Securing a DRT from Let Me Out Productions gains the distributor access to our No-Negotiation Distribution Agreement (NNDA). The distributor has full rights to distributed affiliated content on their platform/broadcast/metaverse space, provided Let Me Out Productions earns 35% of any associated advertising revenues and 50% of any merchandising revenues, paid quarterly. The distributor must also work in conjunction with our Marketing Team to ensure synchronized representation across all distributors. The distributor must make the affiliated content available to their audience, or sell the DRT. These DRTs do not provide right to creative influence in any form. The distributor has the right to secure their own earned revenue within the stipulations described. The distributor is not entitled to any earned revenue from Let Me Out Productions.
