Love isn’t a noun, it’s a verb. Love is in our actions, what we we build with them in our hearts. Our love can create a haunted house or it can build a temple dedicated to the daily rituals of observing all things with love. We can be present with ourselves and learn to love every part of our being unconditionally, greeting every emotion as a friend and holding space for it.
