때는 2017년 5월 9일 대한민국 제19대 대통령 선거일. 당시 유승민 후보를 마크하던 저는 (SBS 정혜경 기자) 유 후보의 동선을 따라 중부내륙고속도로를 달리는 차 안에 타고 있었습니다. 후보 동향을 전하는 중계 기사를 마친 직후, 앵커가 다른 마크맨을 호명했고 방송이 끝났다고 생각한 제가 진심을 다해 기뻐하는 순간이 카메라에 잡혔습니다. 이 모습은 스튜디오 배경에 세워진 거대 화면에 고스란히 노출되었고 이후 4년이 지난 지금까지도 각종 커뮤니티에서 '즐거워 하는 기자'의 모습의 밈으로 유통되고 있습니다(영원히 놀림받고 있습니다). 아마도 퇴근 시간이 가까워온다고 믿은 저의 순도 높은 기쁨의 몸짓이 많은 분들의 공감을 샀기 때문이 아닐까 싶습니다. 시간이 지나 또 다른 대선의 계절이 왔습니다. SBS D콘텐츠기획부 최진영 디자이너의 도움을 받아 당시 라이브 중계 화면 원본에 디자인 요소를 가미해 NFT로 만들었습니다. '일의 기쁨'이라는 이름을 붙여보았습니다. 낙찰 수익금은 SBS 이름으로 자선단체에 기부할 예정입니다. + 최종 낙찰자가 원하시면 (페이스북 메시지로 연락주시면) 커피 한 잔의 실물 특전도 추가합니다!

It was May 9, 2017, the 19th presidential election day of the Republic of Korea. At that time, I, who was SBS reporter and in charge of covering Yoo Seung Min candidate, was in a car running along the path of candidate Yoo. Immediately after finishing the report that conveys the candidate's moves, the camera caught me being SINCERELY DELIGHTED. I thought my turn was over because I heard the anchor calling another reporter. This figure was exposed to the huge screen built in the background of the studio, and four years later, it is still circulating as a meme of a "favorite reporter" on various online websites. (And I've been teased forever). Perhaps it's because my high-purity gesture of joy, which I believed was close to leaving work, drew sympathy from many people. Over time, another season of the presidential election has come. With the help of Choi Jin-young, designer of SBS D Content Planning Department, we added design elements to the original live broadcast screen at the time and made it NFT. I named it "Joy of Work."
