In 2019 I was commissioned to come up with art for the band 311's show in Holmdel, New Jersey.
Being a native of the Jersey shore, I drew inspiration from my many surf sessions at my favorite surf breaks in Monmouth County, NJ.

Alders has been featured on CBS, NBC, Fox as well as in the pages of Penthouse. His work has been exhibited at the X-Games, music festivals and showcased throughout the United States, South America, Australia and Europe. in 2010, Alders was named, "Surf Artist of the Decade".
Six album covers have Jay's art including two for the band Slightly Stoopid and is regularly seen live painting on stage with rock stars.
