Approximately 1 out of 4 people have some kind of mental health problem. WHO estimates that between 30 and 80 percent (differs depending on what type) of people with mental illness don't seek help, many times because of stigma and/or because they are ashamed.

That's why it's important to work towards making mental illness less stigmatic, making it easier for more to seek the help they need.
