This is the last piece of the first series of Archi Postcards. This project comes from the desire to design a building that is economically feasible during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic but that also would allow for people to interact while staying at home. This interaction is provided through a triangular interior balcony that allows each individual to communicate with his neighbours at a safe distance. This is a building that promotes social interaction between the habitants, creating community and connections in between buildings and apartments.
The Red concrete calls attention to it, it tries to blend wit its surrounding and solve the context urban problems by creating multiple accesses at different levels.
It is a construction for our society in these hard times that we face
