San Antonio-based photographer, Angela Lawson, began honing her skills in photography from a young age. Her love of fine art and concept has allowed her the opportunity to immerse herself in many different ideas and ways of thought. While she loves digital photography, she still enjoys shooting with film and using pinhole cameras. A few of her influences are Herb Ritts, Helmut Newton and Annie Leibowitz.
Angela has had multiple exhibitions including FOTOSEPTIEMBRE, San Antonio’s City Hall, High Wire Gallery and Mercury Project Gallery. She is also an Archivist and Curator and obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2015 at the Art Institute of San Antonio.
