Dmark was born in Berlin 1986 and was painting walls by age 9. The Old school graffiti writer has been painting walls, trains (back in the days), surfaces and canvases ever since his initiation. He spent years creating and modifying the many letter styles he produces today. Graffiti Writers are aerosol wizards, masters of letters, and freehand specialists. Few are better placed to understand the temperament and experience of the letters they reveal to the world. Today graffiti is an art form chosen at will. Graffiti to writers such as Dmark is a way of life.

The draw to graffiti and the wider culture came early for the Berliner. The late nights painting in secrecy with friends coupled with raw hip hop and urban culture imported from the states were too powerful to ignore. The open city of Berlin is the gallery, no entrance fees or barriers to entry. Dmark has set sights on the blockchain and plans to produce a series of exclusive NFTs for international collectors of urban art.
