Venus de Milo, ancient statue commonly thought to represent Aphrodite, now in Paris at the Louvre. It was carved from marble by Alexandros, a sculptor of Antioch on the Maeander River about 150 BCE
In ancient Greek and Latin, “ars” and “techne” were used to refer to the fine arts. These compositions draw their inspiration from the history of European Art from the Renaissance to Impressionism. My digital paintings are an attempt to harmoniously combine Art history concepts, with borrowing from our new digital language like computer algorithms, Information and scientific visualization patterns
