The After “tells us about the next day, the day that follows yesterday, loaded with our hopes; this extension of our destiny, when the light of the rising sun fills all space, just after dawn ... This is the horizon of our future, the dawn of a beautiful day, of a new life, of greater happiness ...

In order to illustrate its composition, Agnès Lavida chose to offer us a reading of this poem written by Georges Sand, a 19th century French woman of letters, who felt for nature, an essential theme of romanticism, an "immense and meticulous love".

This intense love for nature and its contemplation, Agnès lives and shares. Being absorbed in admiration, like prayer and meditation, offers the soul a closeness to nature, a way to access the divine, and allows our body to rejuvenate itself through contemplation.

Sit on a bench in a park, look at the horizon in the high mountains, observe an animal or plant more closely, see a pretty flower grow and open, contemplate the stars in a clear sky in the evening ...

At Aurore

Nature is all we see, Whatever you want, whatever you like, Everything we know, everything we believe, Everything you can feel in yourself.

She is beautiful for those who see her, She is good to the one who loves her, She's fair when you believe it And that we respect it in ourselves.

Look at the sky, he sees you, Kiss the earth, she loves you. The truth is what we believe In nature it is you.

George Sand (1804-1876) Tales of a Grandmother (1873).
