EEARCH - 3 is a custom-made architecture for a medium rectangular parcel in Somnium Space. It is a commercial building purposely made to become an office, a meeting center, and a co-working space. Using multiple layers of horizontal lines throughout the building with symmetrical form speaks out the stableness, and having a transparent structure illustrates the feeling of being trustworthy.

There are five stories for this building, each on a different level of privacy.

The first floor is a meet and greets area. It is an ample open space with a center area dropping down and penetrating to the second floor to draw people to gather. It's a perfect place to locate your sculptures or a world for people to see them as their first impression before entering the building.

The second floor is a continuous space from the first floor with subtle privacy due to the spatial arrangement and threshold placement. Saying if you have a customer coming into your building, you might want to meet them on the first floor and bring them up on the second floor to have a more extended conversation. It's a perfect place to sit down and have some coffee while chatting about your business plan with the clients.

The third floor is an expansive co-working area for the staff member, suitable for having multiple tables surrounding a large wall that can become a big screen for doing a presentation or live stream. The area is wide open and has no vertical threshold in between, which means that you can always arrange the working space inside Somnium Builder to your preference.

The fourth floor is the most private area of the building. It is an elevated floor inside the co-working space where you will need to take another elevator to reach this area. It is a space where higher-ranking members would come to have a private meeting while also seeing the presentation screen of the co-working floor.

The fifth floor is a rooftop with a futureproof parking space for future drones and aircraft.
