A page from my diary, on a quest to lose weight. I was starting to get a bit too heavy, my pants were getting tight, so I wanted to get my weight down to where I wanted it; 150-152 pounds, without starving, without feeling hungry or deprived. Yes, it even included carrot cake.
I accomplished my goal. I used my own weight loss method, a method I've used for decades. I even published a book about it, "Lose Weight 4 Free", the easy simple way to lose weight - and keep it off.
The diary page is old school, dinosauric. I did it on a yellow legal pad, written with a pen. Entering and storing data like before there were computers and tablets and cell phones.
