　２４×２４ピクセルのドット絵（ピクセルアート）に紐づいたＮＦＴを作成し、大手ＮＦＴ販売サイトでオークションに出品します。
このドット絵はクラウドソーシングを通して１万円の報酬で発注したものです。
２０２１年１０月時、ＮＦＴアートのうちコンテクストを持ったアートは決して多くありません。
ＮＦＴについて売買金額ばかりが取り沙汰された結果、出品者も購入者も仕組みをあまり理解しないまま、誰かが高値で買ってくれるだろうという共同幻想を持つグレーターフールセオリーになりつつあります。
私は日本最大のアートコミッションサービス「Ｓｋｅｂ」の創設者です。検討の結果、ＳｋｅｂではＮＦＴの導入は見送ることにしました。
本作品の一部であるＮＦＴがオークションで落札されるまでの一連の流れを通して、ＮＦＴアートが抱える問題を提起するとともに、ＮＦＴをアートのメタ情報を格納するコンテナとして使うのではなく、ＮＦＴをカンバスや粘土といったアートの素材、一部として用いる使い方を提案します。
本作品に関する議論が興り、ＮＦＴアートに関する理解が進むことで、アーティストがＮＦＴを投機としてではなく、新しいアートの表現として取り入れていくことを切に願います。

ＮＦＴアートにまつわる誤解と問題

1. ＮＦＴとはそのトークンを所有していることを証明できるのであって、紐づいたアートの所有権や著作権を証明することはできません。
2. ＮＦＴはアートのコピーを防ぐ技術ではありません。ＮＦＴにはアートに関するＵＲＬやアートのデータのハッシュ値が記録されており、原則誰でもアートを閲覧することができます。
3. ＮＦＴに記載されたＵＲＬのサーバー上からコンテンツが削除された場合、アートを閲覧できなくなる可能性があります。
4. 購入者や入札者の匿名性が高く、価格操縦やインサイダー取引を容易に行うことができます。その背景には、法的規制が乏しいこと、本人確認が不要であること、ウォレットを誰でも何個でも作成が可能であること、ビットコインミキシングサービスの存在があります。
5. ＮＦＴがアーティストに収益が直接還元される技術であると謳いながら、アーティストに対して安価かつ大量にアートを発注し、ＮＦＴに紐付けることで収益を得ているインフルエンサーがいます。
6. ２０２１年１０月時点では、ＮＦＴの売買益が事業所得なのか雑所得になるのか国税庁の見解がまだ出ていません。
7. 他人の作品で勝手にＮＦＴの発行が可能であり、紐づけられたアートの作者が正規に発行しているのか証明する機能はなく、その証明には中央集権的なサービスを使わざるを得ません。中央集権的なサービスとは異なり、不適切なトークンの削除は技術的に困難です。

　I created an NFT which associated with a 24×24 pixel art and auctioned it on a major NFT market. This pixel art was made for $100 by crowdsourcing.
There is little NFT art which has a context as art in October 2021.
NFTs have become the Greater Fool Theory what everyone thinks someone will buy them for a higher price because neither sellers nor buyers understand how they work, and only prices bought and sold are news.
I am the founder of Skeb, the largest art commission service in Japan. After much consideration, I decided not to introduce NFT to Skeb.
Through the process of auctioning off the NFT which is a part of this work, I would like to point out the problems of NFT art and propose the use of NFTs as a part of art materials such as canvas and clay, instead of using them as containers to store meta-information of art.
It is my sincere hope that this work will become a topic of conversation and that everyone will gain a better understanding of NFT art, and that artists will adopt NFTs as new expressions of art rather than as investment products.

Issues

1. NFTs can prove the ownership of own, but can not prove the ownership or the copyright of art associated with them.
2. NFTs are not DRM(digital rights management.) NFTs contain a URL or a hash value of art and everyone can view art.
3. If a URL in NFTs is deleted, art associated with them may no longer be viewable. It is easy for buyers and bidders to manipulate prices and make insider tradings due to a lack of legal restrictions, no identification required, the fact that everyone can create as many wallets as they want and bitcoin-mixing services.
4. Some influencers claim that NFTs are a technology that returns profits directly to artists, but they order many art associated with NFTs to artists at low prices and get profits.
5. In October 2021, the National Tax Agency in Japan has yet to determine whether gains from the sale of NFTs will be considered business income or miscellaneous income.
6. Anyone can issue NFTs with someone's work, and there is no way in NFTs to prove that the art creator and the issuer of the NFTs are the same. You will need to use centralized services for proof. It is not possible to delete inappropriate contents.
