Quality Eats is excited to announce the auction of their very first NFT cocktail: Into the Ether!

The winning bidder will own the “non-fungible token” rights to an original Quality Eats cocktail called Into the Ether, featuring Angel's Envy Rye.

The NFT rights include:

1. Ownership of the exclusive blockchain-protected secret recipe to Into the Ether, the NFT Cocktail

2. The ability to redeem one free mixed Into the Ether cocktail per visit to any current (West Village, Upper East Side) or future Quality Eats location. Redemption good for the life of the restaurants

3. The ability to resell/trade the NFT Cocktail asset and its rights on the NFT marketplace

4. One free dinner for 6 at either Quality Eats location, hosted by Angel's Envy Whiskey (dinner only offered to initial winning bidder, not included if the NFT is resold)

All proceeds from the initial auction will be donated to ROAR fund to support NYC’s restaurant workers facing unemployment with cash assistance. In partnership with Robin Hood, a 501(c)3, the fund has raised over $3,000,000 dollars to support over 5,000 laid off NYC restaurant workers facing incredible economic hardship as a result of the pandemic. Additionally, a 10 percent royalty of each future sale of the Quality Eats NFT cocktail will also go to the ROAR fund.
