AJ is a visual artist based in Toronto, Canada.​

He began his work as an artist in 2015 after discovering the therapeutic effects of creating his work. AJ began exhibiting in local group exhibitions. Over the years his work has evolved into the refined style that he practices today.​

The work is comprised of one-of-a-kind capsules of raw emotions, spontaneously delivered as the artist sees fit. His meticulous technique is not to be understated by the abstract nature of the work itself. For when you feel the art, it’s no longer abstract and the message is understood on a level that transcends language.

AJ limits connection of significance onto the work so that with every appearance or survey of the piece one may experience a new wave of understanding. When working through despair, the piece may start with a range of anger and end with a touch of peace. The physical smoothness spoken in the work is a similar portrayal of its importance.
