Royalties The author renounces to exploit or distribute the Work in its French version. If the Buyer resells the Work as an NFT, the Author receives 10% of his profits. If the buyer markets the work in e-book or print, he will share his profits with the author. The buyer does not have the right to distribute the work for free.
Resale If the buyer resells the work as an NFT, he transfers to the new buyer his privileges and duties towards the author (respect of the intellectual property, payment of royalties). The buyer loses all rights to the work, even if he retains the right to read it.
Format The entire text of the novel is encoded in the hight definition cover image (just need to open it with a text editor) and the buyer unlocks a link (Unlockable Content) to an archive file containing the work in PDF, EPUB, DOCX and MD. The cover design is not contractual and can be redesigned by the buyer if he wishes to promote the work. It is not part of the work itself. The work can be corrected with the authorization and collaboration of the author.
Translation The author reserves the right to translate the work and to commercialize the translations according to the above mentioned terms.
Adaptations The buyer does not hold the rights of adaptation (cinematographic, radio, comics...).
