Katerina Pyatakova was born in Kiev, Ukraine in June, 26, 1977. Kateryna Pyatakova is an artist, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, Journeyer Member of Pastel Guild of Europe, Member of the Ukrainian Association for Feminist Researches in Arts, laureate and winner of many exhibitions and contests. She has more than 50 collective and personal exhibitions. Kateryna Pyatakova was represented at TOP100 of the best artists from 42 countries of the world at the PALETAFEST International Festival in Croatia. Also her artwork took part in the VI International Biennale of Pastels in Poland and her artwork participated at the International Biennial of Arts in Rome, Italy.

Katerina Pyatakova is an author of more than 100 classes of the Art history for children, drawing and painting lessons. Also she works as a volunteer teacher of arts with special needs children at the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation for more than 10 years. She has the Honorary Award for social work. Kateryna Pyatakova is co-founder of the social volunteer project “My Talent to You, Ukraine!” which was created to support artists with disabilities. Kateryna Pyatakova`s artworks are in the private collections in the Ukraine, the USA, Europe, Australia. Covers of poetry books in the USA and New Zealand are decorated with artworks by Katerina Pyatakova, as well as artworks of the artist are used as illustrations of the fine arts textbook.

The «Namysto» collection consist of many original NFT beads created by hundreds of Ukrainian artists of all ages. This project is created to support Ukrainian artists and army during the Russia’s full-scale military invasion of Ukraine.

Namysto - a traditional Ukrainian decoration of pearls, corals, stones, etc., worn around the neck. Namysto are one of the oldest jewelry known since the Paleolithic. Now they are worn mainly by women, but historically they have been used as jewelry by men. The Namysto necklace can also be named after the material - "corals", "beads", "beads". One element of the Namysto necklace (pearl, stone, etc.) is called a «Namystyna» (rarely a bead).
