Anyone drinking this potion shrinks to a quarter of their normal size, which takes 1D3 minutes and is very painful. S is reduced by 2 until the person grows again.
To make the potion of shrinking, take a lock of the hair of a Halfling child and a tuft of the beard of a Dwarf, both chopped very finely, and boil them in the blood of a young hare, stirring with a tea-spoon. The petty magic spell Produce Small Creature should be cast twice at the beginning (the small creatures should be added to the potion) and the level two druidic priest spell Shapechange once at the end. The potion should be boiled down until the mixture is clear.

Success indicates that the potion operates as desired; failure either results in a waste of time and ingredients or the creation of a Cursed Potion.
