Letter 01 -

Grandpa, My heart sank when I heard the news. The last word we got was that you couldn’t have any more visitors for the night and needed to rest up before the big day. Mom got you a new robe again, dark blue. I wasn’t sure how to feel when I unwrapped it in your absence on Christmas morning. Seven years since you’ve passed and I still wear it all the time. It’s an XXL, so it hangs on me like a big hug from you. A lot has changed here since I saw you last. I left the theater in San Diego and took a job on tour. I started showing my graphics on stages all over the world Grandpa! I can’t wait to show you all the photos, I know you’re going to be so proud of me. Things have been a little crazy recently, and my business is hanging on by a thread; But I can’t give up. I’ve been doing some research and I really think I’m on to something with these NFTs. I can’t wait to show you this collection I am working on! They are kind of like e-cards that cost $1800. I know that sounds crazy right now, but I think some of your photographs may be able to help us get out of this mess. I got you 3 NFT’s for Christmas. Two called Art & Value, and a First Edition NFT Bible. You’re going to love them! I think if I play my cards right I can do it big for mom and help her get a house of her own some day. A nice little place with a garden would really make her smile. I’ll write you with more details soon, but for now I gotta get back to work. I love you always Grandpa!
