This poem is deeply personal to me and represents years of work blogging and thinking about humanities possible future. I Michael McAnally, wrote this poem over a decade ago now to try to describe what it might be like to become Posthuman. It went along with my science fiction blog at the time, which I wrote under the pen name Michael Blade. I requested and received permission to attach an image to the blog post by artist Donato Giancola which showed a humanized robot holding a galaxy. That art image is not a part of this NFT poem, and cannot be purchased as such. However, the image was meant to visually assist in describing only one possible version of a transhumanist future. The poem has since been copied to other versions of my blog and posted on Medium. Here is a link to the blog Transhuman Singularity stored on The Way Back Machine internet archive as proof of the poem's original origins and date. https://web.archive.org/web/20100417090716/http://www.webmac.com:80/blog/blog1.php
