This Cool Cat, named Katana, is a local sushi chef. Max and Katana are fishing over a tranquil river that feeds into the ocean. Some of the best saltwater fish migrate upstream here, and Katana is determined to take advantage of the season.
As usual, Max can’t stay awake long enough to help, but Katana doesn’t mind, as Max keeps great company. Plus, Katana enjoys the sound of water flowing by and splashing whenever a fish is caught; it takes her mind off the busyness of her shop.

David brings to the world of Max a decade of graphic design experience, a deep enthusiasm for car culture, and his lifelong love for American comics, Japanese anime and manga, toys, and cartoons. All these things gave David an emotional and mental safe space during his childhood, which was split between the United States and Taiwan.
Through his art and his interaction with the community, David hopes to bring positive, empowering life lessons to others—in particular young people and new artists in the NFT world.
