PATENT ASSIGNMENT

Whereas, True Return Systems LLC, located at 253 Turtle Back Road, New Canaan, CT 06840 ("Seller") owns the interest in U.S. Patent No. 10,025,797 (the "Patent") assigned to it through the inventor assignment recorded with the US Patent and Trademark Office at Reel/Frame 045290/0755 (USPTO Patent Assignment Search).

Whereas, _______________________ located at _______________________ ("Buyer") wishes to acquire all Seller's right, title, and interest in and to the Patent.

Whereas, Seller has received from Buyer proceeds from the winning bid in the NFT Auction (the “Auction Consideration”).

ASSIGNMENT. For receipt of the Auction Consideration, Seller hereby sells, assigns, transfers, and sets over to Buyer Seller’s entire right, title, and interest in and to the Patent, including Seller’s right to sue for, settle and release past, present, and future infringement of the Patent.
