During Halloween I dressed up as the Joker and unexpectedly many people started telling me they resonated with the character. They started opening up about their own mental health and struggles. I was listening and started drafting and found why they resonated with the joker. I want to display this through art. The Joker through people.
I found so many people dream of being someone larger than themselves or more powerful than they are. Mostly to get back at someone, somewhere, who made them feel they weren’t good enough. Because so many are tired of seeing people mistreated or forgotten.
In this collection I will work with others to give life to their emotions through the joker.
10% of the sale will be shared with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and profits to collaborate with other artists.
