In 2006, the idea for 180artlines was born. Each white line stands symbolically for a certain reason to do, live or perceive things differently than before. 180 lines then result in the 180 degree turn in life. The priceless freedom to decide - now.
The white line on a black background and each bundled into five units, may well remind you of days spent, trapped in themselves. The outbreak follows at the latest after 180 strokes or already after the first stroke held in gold - the first reason.
By the end of 2007, 178 works from the entire series found interested parties and art collectors who liked the idea and the concept. I kept the first and the last work for myself.
Both works are now going up for auction. In 2021, as NFT, two subsequent works - an image and a video from 180artlines will be offered in auction. Each of the new works includes besides the NFT also the original file as tif or mp4 and one work each with the number 1/180 and 180/180.
This work "180artlines360seconds" brings together all 180 works at a glance. The buyer receives in addition to NFT the mp4 file of this work: all 180 works from 180artlines are played in 2 second intervals, 1'460 x 1'460 px, 202 MB, 360 seconds long & physically the work 180/180 from the 180artlines (30cm x 30cm)

Unlike the other collections, which follow a concept, this collection contains a broad cross-section of my view of art. It reflects my perspective on things and shows my work as an artist.
The special thing about this collection is:
I give away to 5 randomly selected wallets at least 1x a year for Christmas and additionally depending on the status and development of my NFT collections, one artwork each from my other collections/ an airdrop when creating a new NFT edition.
Furthermore
- Wallets, which hold one of my artworks from the main collection, always get on the whitelist and can thus mine new NFT editions exclusively and at more favorable conditions.
As a serious artist, I have an interest in establishing a long business relationship with my art collectors - just as I do in the offline world with my works.
