The 21 was originally designed by D'Wayne Edwards, the first African American Global Design Director for Jordan Brand. He also is a mentor of mine, and I salute him for sparking my creative light and believing in me as a creative. After a successful run at the Pensole x FN Platform design challenge, I was steered towards the world of footwear design.

In an exploration of low effort pixels, "kickbits" was born out of frustrations toward sustainability, and affordability in the sneaker game.
The OG parody to collection, a new way to collect. Each kickbit consists of a unique ratio of low budget pixels, digitized for your screen. I started this to create a new way to participate in the sneaker game and represent minorities in marginalized communities that fuel its trend driven culture. All views are my own, as a parody to bring fun back into these underlying pixels of reality.
All third party trademarks (including logos and icons) referenced by kickbits remain the property of their respective owners. Unless specifically identified as such, kickbits use of third party trademarks does not indicate any relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement between kickbits and the owners of these.
