Delcina visits the graveyard of Tumiritinga at the banks of the river Doce in Brazil to look for her acquaintances who have died in the aftermath of the mining dam disaster at the Rio Doce. „No one speaks of the people who died from illness or depression“, she says. Illnesses which stem from the disaster and the struggle for recognition and compensation by the mining company responsible for the disaster, she is convinced. A struggle made much harder by the pandemic due to the fact that people cannot gather for events or protests anymore to join forces against the company.
