Chinese Opera was inscribed onto the UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) of Humanity, and together with the Indian Sanskrit Opera and the Greek tragic-comedy, they form the trinity of the oldest dramatic arts in the world. As such, "Chinese Opera" is an umbrella term and covers a diversity of schools within, each of the schools of Chinese Opera draws its roots from a particular time and space. Through a medium of dance, music and drama, this theatrical art form hereby reflects the life and times of human beings.

Everyone of us is like a pixel, we embrace each other, shine and strive for our best while being different from each other; together we create interesting stories in both reality and the operas, and hopefully, we can make a better universe, for you and for me, and for all other lovely creatures in the future with love as well.
